Tanzza is guaranteed to give you some laughs along your weight loss journey, and help you get back to a healthier you!

There are (2) elements to our program: weight loss therapy and vitamin therapy!

We recommend that they be done in tandem with one another, but the program can be customized to your preferences.

There are (4) Weight Loss Program Tiers starting at $125 per month and going up depending on your package options. Vitamin therapy can range from $20-$65, with weekly or single dose pricing available; pricing is dependent on dose amount. We also offer Contrave in-house, so please be sure to ask your provider if you’re interested!
